Managing Foofwa d'Imobilité
Yann Aubert will become the Manager for the Swiss Choreographer Foofwa d'Imobilité starting in September 2008.
Foofwa d’Imobilité is the assumed name of Frédéric Gafner, a native of Geneva, Switzerland who gained international recognition as a dancer with the Merce Cunningham Dance Company.

After leaving the company in 1998, Foofwa began developing his own choreography and has since developed a dynamic body of work that includes descendansce (2000), an autobiographic-choreography on the history of the body on stage; Media ViceVersa (2002), onmedia and digital images; Perform.dancerun.2 (2003), on the relation between dance and sport; Injuria (2004), on the precarious situation of dancers; and Live & Dance (2005), which assimilates rhythmics with everyday movements. Foofwa also has choreographed work for other companies, including Nederland Dans Theater II, Berner Ballet, and Ballet Junior of Geneva.
One of his latest works, Benjamin de Bouillis recieved huge acclaim in a recent performance in New York City at the The Baryshnikov Arts Center. The New York Times wrote: "Foofwa, even in this minor material, remains the kind of performer to whom I tentatively apply the word “genius.” How does he do what he does? What was it he just did? The website has been developed by the Yann Aubert Agency division for webdesign. Yann Aubert Agency has also expanded to include the world of sports. The logo and title now include "Performing Arts & Sports" rather than the former "..."for the Performing Arts" only.

Yann Aubert will be working towards his goal to combine sports, such as rhythmic gymnastics with the arts such as music and dance in live performances. Sports events and sports coaching are also part of the YAA Services.

European Championships diploma
The European Union of Gymnastics (UEG) and Euritmica awarded Yann Aubert with a diploma for taking part as a coach of the Swiss National Team at the 24th European Championships for Rhythmic Gymnastics in Torino, Italy. The competition was from 5-7 June, 2008 at Turin's Olympic Palasport. 19 senior groups and the 20 best individual senior gymnasts from the last ECh as well as 114 individual junior gymnasts competed in Turin. The Swiss National team performed superbly and placed 11th.
Certified Swiss Olympic Coach
On December 13, 2007, Yann Aubert was awarded a diploma and certification as a Swiss Olympic Coach for Gymnastics from the Swiss Olympic Association.
The diplomas were awarded at a graduation ceremony in the BASPO center in Macolin/Magglingen, Switzerland for the Swiss Olympic Master Classes. Yann Aubert graduated with honors as #1 of his class, recieved because of his high scores and excellent research and presentation work.

As first of his class, he was also asked to present a speech including a description of his master class at the ceremony. His speech was a success and with it's touch of comedy added laughter to the audience.
The certificate from the Swiss Olympic Association is for "Trainer for Swiss Olympic competitive sports" signed in Bern and Macolin/Magglingen by the CEO of the Swiss Olympic Association, the director of the Federal Office of Sport, and the responsible for the formation of the Swiss Olympic trainers. The certificate (brevet) from the Swiss Confederation is for "Federal Certified Trainer for Swiss Olympic competitive sports", signed in Bern by the director of the Federal office of Professional Studies and Technology and the president of the Commission of Exams.

Yann Aubert has taken the Mercan Dede Secret Tribe Band on European tours including the Montreux Jazz Festival, the Paleo Festival and the Festate Chiasso.
As a federally certified Trainer for Swiss Olympic competitive sports, Yann Aubert has coached for rhe Swiss National Team for Rhythmic Gymnastics and also for the Artistic Gymnastics.
